Follow our simple steps below to test whether the issue can be resolved manually before getting in touch with the Kernel team:
- Check whether you are currently using our new investor dashboard
- Try re-logging into the investor dashboard, or refreshing the browser (sometimes it's that your browser has simply timed out!)
- Try a different:
- Device - e.g. desktop computer, laptop, phone, tablet/iPad etc.
- Browser - e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox etc.
- Operating system - e.g. Mac OS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows etc.
- Lastly, clear your cache
